All products except the ART works are delivered for free in India.

Delivery cost of the arts depends from where the artists ships the art from as our artists are located globally.

The process

You get an order confirmation once the order is placed along with the order number.

You can track the status of the order from "Track my order" section under "Manage my account".

Once the item in shipped we update the tracking number against your order.

You can track the status of delivery using the delivery tracking number.

Delivery partner will then deliver the package to the mentioned address in the checkout.

While you order

Please ensure you make the right order and provide the accurate delivery address for delivery. We are not liable for any orders placed with the incorrect order and or delivery details.

Once we have shipped the order, you will be notified with the delivery partner details and their terms and conditions for further reference.

All items are custom made. Therefore ordered item cancellation is not possibl

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in India. Any shipments outside of India are not available at this time.

3. Delivery Time

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 6 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

5. Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately on the same day of delivery.

6. Refund and Return Policy

We make customized 3D printed gift-giving easy, fast and perfect -- we guarantee it! We inspect every item again for quality and accuracy before it ships to you or someone special. We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If in case there is any defect at the time of receipt of the product, the product will be completely replaced if informed within 1 day of product delivery.
